Description

This is a single storey and attic house located at 33 Reidhaven Street in Elgin, built around 1870. The house features three bays and is constructed from tooled rubble with polished ashlar dressings. The central entrance has a pilastered and pedimented doorpiece with a panelled door. On either side of the entrance are projecting canted windows, and there are two canted dormers above. The glazing includes both two-pane and four-pane windows. The house has corniced end stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
