Description

47 Reidhaven Street in Elgin is a house built around 1860. It is a single storey with an attic and features three bays, highlighted by a central doorpiece with a pediment. The exterior is made of coursed stugged rubble with ashlar dressings. The house has two canted bay windows and two canted dormers, each topped with small ball finials and fitted with 4-pane glazing. There is a single corniced stack at one end and the roof is covered with slate. The property is also enclosed by coped rubble garden walls.
