Description

31 Reidhaven Street in Elgin is a building from the later 19th century. It is a single-storey structure with an attic, featuring three bays and a prominent gable porch at the centre. The exterior is made of finely coursed stugged rubble, with rubble flanks. There are two canted dormers with four-pane glazing. The building has corniced end stacks and a slate roof. Surrounding the property are rubble garden walls.
