Description
27 Reidhaven Street in Elgin is a single storey and attic house built in the mid-19th century, featuring three bays. The front has a central doorpiece that is corniced and pilastered. The building is constructed from coursed finely dressed rubble with rubble flanks and ashlar dressings. The windows have raised margins and panelled aprons, and there are two canted dormers with 4-pane glazing. The house has corniced end stacks and a slate roof. Surrounding the property are rubble garden walls.
