Description

This house at 19 Reidhaven Street in Elgin dates from around 1875 and is a single storey with an attic, featuring three bays. The front is made of tooled ashlar stone, while the sides are constructed from rubble with polished ashlar dressings. It has a corniced entrance that includes a panelled door. The outer bays are topped with finialed gabled dormers that rise above the wallhead. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
