Description
15 South Guildry Street in Elgin is an earlier 19th century house that stands two stories tall with an attic and features three bays. The central door is framed by a moulded lugged architrave and cornice. The exterior is cement rendered with rubble flanks and painted margins. It has two small pedimented dormers and windows with three- and four-pane glazing. The house is topped with a slate roof and has corniced end stacks. The property is complemented by rubble garden walls and a low balustrade along the street front, which includes low ashlar gate piers with pyramidal copes.
