Description
17 South Guildry Street in Elgin is an earlier 19th century, two-storey and attic house featuring three bays. The central door is framed by a moulded lugged architrave. The building is constructed of rubble with painted ashlar dressings and margins. On the first floor, there is a bipartite window in the center, while all windows are fitted with plain ashlar aprons and 12-pane sashes. The house also has two canted dormers. It has end stacks and a slate roof, along with rubble garden walls.
