Description
Toll Green House, located at 3 Rankeillor Street in Elie, is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic. The exterior is made of painted stugged coursers and includes painted long-and-short window surrounds along with a base course. The front has three windows and a central doorpiece that is plain architraved and banded in the middle, topped with a cornice and blocking course. On the first floor to the right, there is a later corbelled three-light canted oriel bay. The windows are 4-pane sashes. A modern central dormer is slate hung, and the building has a slated roof with end stacks and a skew to the right.
