Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan classical villa. Vermiculated base course; cill course; eaves course; cornice; blocking course; strip pilasters to outer right and left; architraved window openings with raised aprons.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to central pedimented porch; square anta piers; arcaded balustrade; 2-leaf timber door; letterbox fanlight; flanking single windows.

NE ELEVATION: asymmetrical; single storey wing advanced to right, window to centre, blind opening to left return, blind window to flanking bay to left.

NW ELEVATION: various additions and alterations.

SW ELEVATION: not seen 1999.

Predominantly lying-pane glazing; some plate glass timber sash and case windows. Slate roof; pitch and wallhead corniced stacks; polygonal and circular cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 1999.

GATEPIERS AND BOUNDARY WALL: square-plan gatepiers; vehicular and pedestrian gates; coped boundary wall enclosing site.
