Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay house now with cafe at ground. Rendered and lined. Base and eaves course; regular fenestration. Door at centre flanked by slightly enlarged plate glass windows. Blank gable end. Rear elevation unseen.

Tilt and swing timber windows at 1st floor. Grey slates; ashlar coped skews; brick apex stack. Rubble wall with boulder coping adjoins to rear; gatepier of No 14 Murray Street abutts gable.
