Description

9 Murray Street in Duns is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay shop located on an obtusely angled site. The building is constructed of rubble that is rendered and lined to the street. It features a panelled door on the right side and a plate glass shop window on the left, along with a pair of windows on the first floor. The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slates, and it has ashlar coped skews and a brick stack. To the right of the building, there is a low stone wall with semi-circular coping.
