Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house with former shop to ground, modern alterations. Modern roughcast walling with painted raised margins and banded angles. To right, shopfront with enlarged windows flanking shop door with fanlight. To left house door with fanlight. Ground floor, former shop windows sash and case with plate glass glazing, to 1st modern windows with narrow opening top light.

Painted raised basecourse, eaves course. Sandstone end skews, corniced ashlar end stacks with octagonal cans, good graded slate roof.
