Description
Jedfoot Cottage is an earlier 19th century, symmetrical single-storey cottage with three bays. It is constructed from dressed whinstone with ashlar dressings, featuring crow-stepped gables and chamfered arrises. The cottage has bipartite windows that are topped with Tudor hoodmoulds.
The central entrance consists of a boarded door flanked by windows. There is a window on the north gable and a plain single window on the south gable. At the rear, there is a harled extension with a lead roof. The cottage has timber sash and case plate glass windows, grey slate roofing, and a coped ashlar stack located at the centre of the ridge.
To the immediate southeast, there is a coped rubble wall.
