Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 4-bay, rectangular-plan, improved cottage, originally 3-bay extended to 4. Harled whinstone and slate rubble. Irregular fenestration.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded timber door to centre left of original cottage, small flanking windows, larger window to outer right bay, later addition.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: small irregular fenestration, door to far left.

NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end.

Modern timber plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slates, lead flashing, coped stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
