Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, improved cottage. Harled whinstone and slate rubble. Regular fenestration.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern, out-of-character gabled porch and door to centre. Large window to left bay, small window to right bay.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: large modern gabled addition to left.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end, window to left.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: not seen 2001.

Modern timber frame, plate glass sash and case windows.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
