Description
This building, located on Easdale Island, is a mid-19th century improved cottage. It is a single-storey structure with a rectangular plan and three bays, featuring a slightly asymmetrical design. The exterior is constructed from harled whinstone and slate rubble, with regular window arrangements. The cottage faces south and is situated next to number 47 to the east.
The entrance consists of a boarded timber door, and there are four-pane timber sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, complemented by lead flashing and coped gable stacks. The interior was not seen in 2001.
