Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 4-bay rectangular-plan cottage comprising 3-bay symmetrical cottage with 4th bay to outer left. Whinstone and sandstone rubble with red sandstone margins and dressings.

W (MAIN) ELEVATION: 3-bay symmetrical cottage, gabled porch advanced

at centre, modern door, windows on right and left returns; flanking windows. Tall gabled dormers. Lower bay slightly recessed to outer left, single window at centre.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows and timber 8-pane sash and case windows to dormers. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings. Sandstone corniced stacks, circular cans.

Hoop iron railings.
