Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan symmetrical house, built on ground rising slightly to E, set back from street. Harled. 1st floor windows set close under eaves.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber panelled door at ground in bay to centre; small window 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: window set to right at 1st floor; gablehead stack above.

12- and single-over-6-pane timber sash and case windows; timber framed central 1st floor window. Purple slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled, corniced gablehead stacks; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
