Description
10 St Olaf's Wynd in Kirkwall is an early 19th-century house that has undergone some later alterations. It is a two-storey, three-bay, rectangular-plan building with a symmetrical design and crowstepped gables, forming part of a terraced pair. The exterior is harled.
On the south elevation, there is a modern, part-glazed timber-panelled door with an architrave located in the central bay, with a window above it on the first floor. Each bay has a window on both floors flanking the central door.
The windows are timber sash and case, with two and four panes. There is a rooflight positioned to the left on the south pitch. The roof is covered with grey slate and features a stone ridge. The east gable has a corniced stack, while a similar common stack is located on the west gable. The property has uPVC rainwater goods.
The interior was not seen during the last inspection in 1998.
