Description

Earlier to mid 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical rectangular-plan house. Modern harl. 1st floor windows set close under eaves.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern, part-glazed door with letterbox fanlight at ground in bay to centre; narrow window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: window set to right at 1st floor; gablehead stack above.

4-pane timber sash and case windows; 2, evenly disposed 2-pane rooflights to S pitch. Purple Welsh slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled, corniced gablehead stacks to E and W; ridged cylindrical cans; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.

BOUNDARY WALLS: render over rubble wall with ridged ashalr cope to S; dry-point rubble wall to W of house.
