Description

Late 18th to early 19th century with later alterations and additions. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan crowstepped gabled symmetrical house with later gabled addition to rear forming L-plan. Harled. Block cills to windows.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern part-glazed timber panelled door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: window at each floor in bay to left to centre. Stair window offset to right of centre. 2-storey gabled projection to outer right with further single storey stores projection from bays at ground; 3 windows, set close at 1st floor above; modern door with window flanking to right at ground in left return; 3 windows, set close at 1st floor above.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2-small attic window set to each side of gable; gablehead stacks above.

2-pane timber sash and case windows; 2, evenly disposed rooflights to W pitch. Modern concrete tiled roof; harled gablehead stacks (stack to N corniced); uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
