Rosaburn House, Arran Heritage Museum, Rosaburn, Brodick

Rosaburn House, located at the Arran Heritage Museum in Brodick, is an earlier to mid-19th century single-storey and attic rectangular-plan house with a slightly later addition. The exterior features coursed rubble with a harled front and gable, painted white, and a slate roof. The ground floor has 4-pane sash and case windows, with one 6-pane window at the rear, and painted margins on the front. The front also includes piended dormers fitted with modern 2-pane sash and case glazing, as well as Velux-type rooflights.

The front elevation showcases a panelled door located at the second bay from the right, which is sheltered by a shallow porch with a finial and gabled roof. There are windows to the left and right of the door, along with two dormers and a rooflight above. To the left, there is a window, dormer, and rooflight associated with the addition, while a modern window is present on the right return gable.

On the rear elevation, there are two windows to the right and a modern box dormer in the centre, accompanied by two rooflights.
