The graveyard at Arran dates from the early 19th century and has a rectangular plan. It is surrounded by rubble walls and features two gate piers made of ashlar stone, which are topped with pyramidal caps and flanked by cast-iron gates. Inside the graveyard, there are various sculpted tombstones from the 19th and 20th centuries, including an unusual tall carved cross dedicated to the memory of John Adams Acton.
