Description
This is a cottage located at 3 West Road in Elgin, built around 1820. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays, with a central door. The structure is made of rubble with tooled and polished ashlar dressings. It has a slightly advanced piended porch with chamfered angles, and there are hoodmoulds above the door and windows. The cottage includes one piended dormer and has three-pane glazing. The roof is covered with slate, and there is a rubble garden wall surrounding the property.
