Description

This is a cottage located at 1 John Street in Avoch, dated 1872. It is a single-storey building with an attic, featuring three bays and a central door. The exterior is constructed of stugged rubble with stugged and broached dressings and painted margins. There are two piended dormers, and all windows have 12-pane sashes, except for the upper sash of the left ground floor window. The roof is covered with slate.
