Description
17 West Road in Elgin is an earlier 19th century, two-storey house with a wide three-bay façade. It features a central door and a gable at the center topped with an apex chimney. The exterior is constructed from coursed rubble with tooled dressings. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has modern glazing. The house is topped with a slate roof and is accompanied by rubble garden walls.
