G L Cadell, 1951-2. Single storey, 3-bay (grouped towards centre) cottage. Painted harl; concrete dressings. Crowstepped gables. Eaves course.

N (LUGTON BRAE) ELEVATION: door with letter-box fanlight at centre. Windows to outer bays. Rubble boundary wall of 19 Lugton Brae, Old Parsonage (see separate listing) adjoined to right.

E ELEVATION: bipartite window to left, and single window to right.

W ELEVATION: 2 windows.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Harled gablehead stacks to E and W. Grey slates.
