Description

Later 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical cottage. Harled. Concrete cills.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded door with letterbox fanlight (boarded) in bay to centre. Window in each bay flanking.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: window, set to outer right to gabled elevation; gablehead stack above.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Welsh purple slate; stone ridge; 2 evenly disposed rooflights to E pitch; concrete skews; harled corniced gablehead stacks to N and S.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low harled rubble walls to E; concrete cope; centred, harled square-plan piers.
