Description

Circa 1840. House converted to offices. 2 storeys, basement

and attic, 3 bays. Painted ashlar, channelled to ground floor

with round-headed openings, droved ashlar rear elevation.

Shopfront inserted into basement. All windows on principle floors

sash and case. Recessed entry to right with fanlight; 2 recessed

windows to left. 1st floor cill band and 3 windows with cornices

and architraves dropped to band course. Eaves cornice. Blocking

course. 1 3-light, 1 2-light dormer. Slate roof. End stacks.

INTERIOR: Includes inlaid marble floor and Ionic screen in hall. Cast-iron balusters. Cupola.
