Description
This building, located at 150 West Regent Street in Glasgow, dates from around 1835 and is a two-storey and basement, three-bay classical terraced house. The basement has been altered. There is a left entry at the top of steps that oversails the basement area, which features console brackets and a cornice. The windows are sash and case style, set in ramped architraves with 12-pane glazing, and the ground floor windows have cornices. The building has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, along with ridge stacks. Additionally, there are spear-headed cast-iron railings surrounding the property.
