At the central bay, there is a mutule corniced double entry anta doorpiece above steps that lead down to the basement area on West Regent Street. Additionally, there is a consoled corniced doorpiece at No. 130 West Campbell Street. A basement band course is present, and the windows are sash and case, set within architraves, with cornicing at the ground floor in West Regent Street and the first three return bays. The building features an eaves cornice and a blocking course that is raised at the gable end, which has paired stacks.
