Description
146 and 146A West Regent Street in Glasgow is a classical terraced house built around 1835. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring a three-bay design made of ashlar stone. The basement has been altered, and there is a left entry at the top of the steps that oversails the basement area. The building has corniced, lugged architraves, and sash and case windows framed by architraves, with the ground floor having lugged and corniced details, while the first floor has corniced windows. There is a cill band on the second floor, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course. The property is also adorned with scrolled cast-iron railings and a lamp standard.
