95 West Regent Street in Glasgow is a terraced house built around 1820-1825, which has been altered and raised at a later date. This three-storey building with a basement features a classical design and has been converted into offices. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar.

The entrance is located to the left at the top of the steps, flanked by corniced wing walls and boundary piers. The doorpiece has a lugged architrave with a rosette surround, a dentil band, and a cornice above. The windows are sash and case style, set within architraves, with the ground floor featuring corbelled and corniced details.

On the first floor, there is a cornice, while the second-floor windows are set in recessed panels. The central window on this floor is a three-light design with stone mullions, flanked by single lights. The building has a plain eaves entablature and a dentil cornice. The chimney stacks are treated as piers in the outer bays and are adorned with panelling.
