215-221 West George Street in Glasgow is a classical building dating from around 1830. Originally designed as two-storey houses with a basement, it has been converted into a single suite of offices and features three storeys due to alterations. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone with painted porticos. To the right, there are two fluted Doric porticos that extend over the basement stairs. The basements have been altered, but all windows are sash and case style, set within architraves and featuring four-pane glazing. The ground floor has ramped architraves, while the first floor has a cill band and cornice, and the third floor also has a cill band. The building is topped with an eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a corniced end stack. The roof is slate, and there are spear-headed cast-iron railings along the property, with a lamp standard located at No 221.
