Circa 1830. 2 3-storey (originally 2 storey) and basement classical houses stepped in slope of hill now converted to single suite of offices. Polished ashlar, painted porticos. 2 fluted Doric porticos to right at head of stairs oversailing basement. Altered basements. All windows sash and case in architraves, 4-pane glazing, ground floor ramped architraves; corbelled cills; 1st floor on cill band and corniced; 3rd floor cill band. Eaves cornice; blocking course; corniced end stack. Slate roof. Spear-headed cast-iron railings. Lamp
