Description
15 High Street in Coldstream is an early 19th-century, two-storey, two-bay house built over a basement. The ground floor is made of ashlar stone, while the first floor is rendered and designed to resemble ashlar, featuring angle quoins. On the right side, there is an architraved and corniced doorpiece, which includes a latticed fanlight above a panelled door. A band course runs above the ground floor. The house has 12-pane sash windows and a mutule eaves cornice. The roof is slate, with a straight skew and brick stacks at the ends. Ornate scrolled railings flank the steps leading to the entrance, with spearhead detailing around the basement area.
