Description

1 Court House Place in Coldstream is an early 19th century building comprising two two-storey cottages. The structure is made of rendered rubble. The entrance to No. 1 is located on the right, while the entrance to No. 2 is on the left, with a door to the entry situated between them. Each cottage features one window on each floor, plus an additional window above the entry. All windows are 12-pane sashes, and the building is topped with a slate roof.
