Description

10 High Street in Coldstream is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey house with a basement and three symmetrical bays. The building is set back and features tooled ashlar stonework. It has a door cornice supported by consoles and a painted band course above the ground floor. The windows are 12-pane sashes. The roof is slate, with a straight skew on the right side and a brick end stack. Ornate railings flank the door, while simpler spearhead railings are present in the basement area.
