Description

9 High Street in Coldstream is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house. It is constructed from droved ashlar stone with margins and features a band course above the ground floor. The house has 12-pane sash windows throughout. There is an eaves band, and the roof is slate, with a straight skew on the left side and a brick stack at the end.
