Description

3 High Street in Coldstream is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay house. The exterior features modern bull-nosed render with margins, designed to resemble ashlar, along with a base course. There is a later canted window on the ground floor to the right. The first floor has a cill course with two-pane sash windows. The roof is slate, with a straight skew and a rolled skewputt on the right side, as well as a brick end stack.
