Description

Circa 1835. End terrace classical house. 3-storeys and

basement, top floor added; 5 x 6 bays with 4-bay, 2-storey

addition to N in Wellington Street; 1st bay from S and 2nd

bay at ground and 1st floor in Wellington Street blind.

Painted ashlar, droved at basement. Central, Ionic portico to

West Regent Street at head of steps oversailing basement

area. Consoled, corniced entry to No 129 Wellington Street.

Sash and case windows, mainly 12-pane glazing; cambered

headed basement windows; ground floor windows corniced,

moulded cills, panelled aprons to West Regent Street. 1st

floor cornice. Main cornice. Dormers.
