Description
This building, located at 189 and 191 St Vincent Street in Glasgow, dates back to around 1825 and is part of a terrace of three-bay, two-storey classical houses that have been converted into offices with a third storey added. The exterior features painted ashlar with rustication at the ground floor, and voussoired lintels above the openings. There is a left entry at the head of steps that oversails the basement. The upper floors have sash windows set within architraves, and there is a cornice at the first floor, as well as an eaves cornice and a blocking course. The building has a corniced ridge stack and a slate roof, and Edwardian cast-iron railings enclose the basement areas.
