Weaver's Cottage, West Green, Culross

Weaver's Cottage, located at West Green in Culross, is an earlier to mid-19th century former single-storey cottage with a rectangular plan and two bays. An added northern wing creates an L-shaped layout, with rear additions made in the 1970s. The exterior is harled, featuring ashlar door and window surrounds, and stone corbels at the eaves of the original cottage gables, along with an eaves course.

On the northern (principal) elevation, there is a window to the left and another window to the right, which was formerly a door. The advanced wing on the far right includes a door and a window on its right return. The eastern elevation has a window to the left, while the southern elevation, partially visible as of 2001, shows a single-storey, T-shaped wing at the rear. The western elevation features two windows in the rear wing, a plain gable on the original cottage, and a window in the northern wing.

The cottage has 4-pane timber sash and case windows with horns, a rooflight on the northern side, and pitched slate roofs. Bargeboards are present on the earlier cottage, along with timber finials. There are corniced gable apex stacks on both the original cottage and the northern wing, each with a polygonal can.

The interior was not seen as of 2001.

Boundary walls include a low, harled wall extending from the eastern gable of the northern wing, with a metal gate. This wall curves southward to connect with a taller, exposed rubble wall, which is swept at the north and features stugged, curved coping stones. There is also a low wall to the west.
