Description

This late 18th century building consists of two houses that have been combined into one. The southern house has three bays, while the northern house has two bays. The exterior is made of exposed sandstone rubble, with ashlar surrounds for the windows and doors. There is an eaves course, and the door lintel of the southern house continues as a band course.

On the western elevation, the southern house features a central door with an inscribed lintel that reads 'JB ES 1791', accompanied by a heart motif between the initials. There are single windows on either side of the door, and three first-floor windows are centered above these, aligned with the eaves. The northern house has a door on the right and a window on the left, with a first-floor window centered above the ground floor window.

The northern elevation includes a forestair on the right and a first-floor door to the left. The eastern elevation shows the northern house partially obscured, while the southern house has two ground floor windows and two first-floor windows visible.

The southern elevation is adjacent to another building known as Dalmah. The northern house has replacement windows and a timber and glazed door. The southern house features 8-pane timber sash and case windows on the first floor and 4-pane windows on the ground floor, with chamfered openings for the ground floor windows and a timber boarded door. The roof is pitched, covered with replacement clay pantiles and has a slate easing course. The northern house has a lower roofline, and the southern house has coped gable apex stacks.

The interior was not seen as of 2001.
