Description
The Stable Block at Lochieheads House, built around 1890, is a U-shaped one-storey structure with a two-storey north range. It features rubble construction with droved dressings and slate roofs that are hipped at the ends. The building has picturesque ridge ventilators and skew gables on the higher range, which also includes upper floor loading doors that open into the courtyard. Notably, there are distinctive half-glazed and boarded sliding doors on the east side of the yard.
