Description

The Cottage, located at 2 Middleflat in Auchtermuchty, dates from the late 18th century. It is a low, single-storey building featuring two windows and a central door. The structure is constructed from whin rubble with red sandstone facings. There is a stuccoed lean-to addition at the gable, and the original woodwork inside has been preserved. The roof is covered with pantiles.
