Description

Earlier 19th century. Two-storey corner block with main three-bay elevation to Bruce Street, further bay in curved corner with pilastered shop front at ground. Single bay to Princes Street. Whitewashed rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. Shop has two-leaf boarded door and fanlight at angle corner, single window to elevations either side, all linked under fascia, modern canopies. Central house door to Bruce Street, former pend right now a bipartite window. Mainly sash windows, 12-pane glazing pattern at first floor (corner window has modern glazing); straight skews, corniced end stacks; slate roof.
