Description

Circa 1900. Richly-sculptured picturesque bathing house with

Interior: good oak panelling to dadoes and to benches in

free renaissance details, and set on E bank of lake with

steps leading in to water. Built of yellow ashlar.

Symmetrical, and with identical opposing elevations.

Rectangular main range with round-arched doorway and paired

pilasters all beneath tall, shaped and finialed E and

W-facing gables; mullioned and balustraded apsidal

projections to each long wall. Main roof covered with stone

slabs.
