Description
This building, located at 108 Rose Street in Edinburgh, dates from around 1780 and has undergone later alterations. It is a four-storey, four-bay tenement situated on a corner site, featuring three shops on the ground floor. The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble and includes a cill course at the first floor. There is a broad two-bay return with the bays displaced to the right.
The windows are timber sash and case with 12 panes. The roof is piended, with rendered wallhead stacks and covered in grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
