Circa 1780; later alterations. 4-storey 4-bay tenement on corner site with 3 shops at ground. Coursed rubble; cill course at 1st floor. Broad 2-bay return with bays displaced to right.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows. Piended roof; rendered walhead stacks; grey slates.
