Description

89, 91, and 93 Rose Street in Edinburgh is a broad three-storey, five-bay tenement building constructed around 1780, with some alterations at the ground level. The exterior is made of coursed rubble. At the ground floor, there are two modern shops on either side of the common stair door. The second floor features a ten-bay ashlar band that includes four blind windows. The windows throughout the building are timber sash and case with 12 panes. The building has ashlar coped skews, rendered stacks, and is topped with grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
