Description
101, 103, and 105 Rose Street in Edinburgh is a three-storey, four-bay tenement building constructed by 1780, with some alterations at the ground level. The façade features a pair of shopfronts, one of which has a cornice, flanking a recessed common stair door. The building is made of coursed rubble.
It has timber sash and case windows with 12 panes. The roof is finished with grey slates and has ashlar coped skews, along with brick stacks. The interior was not seen in 1995.
